Medina’s Welcoming Atmosphere

Our broker’s launch and open house last week was so entertaining and very successful. We loved showing off our hard work and design to a large audience.

The Medina home easily accommodated over 100 guests as they filtered through the main floor and the bedrooms, master suite, guest suite, and bonus/media room upstairs.

Part of the warmth came from those admiring the unique qualities that made this Nantucket Modern different from other new construction homes. The repeated use of beadboard walls and accents was carried throughout the house along with the use of neutral blue walls instead of standard beige. Our 24″ porcelain tiles in the entry took many by surprise, as did the dark Kalispell brushed oak hardwood floors. Later in the afternoon, guests settled outside under the covered patio to take in the backyard and the custom built-in gas brick fire trough.

In true entertainment fashion, the most fun was spent later in the evening as guests settled into the kitchen with our caterer, Bis on Main. Everyone comfortably fit around the island to appreciate the attention to detail given by Michael and his team, including his sons Matt and Mason.

What was most noticeable in the house was the open and inviting atmosphere in every room. It seemed to capture a quality of timelessness that we truly strive for in each of our designs. This open house event was so enjoyable and we loved the opportunity to partner with KITH (Kirkland Interfaith Transitions in Housing) and donate to them with this event. We look forward to seeing you at our next broker’s open event!
